Introduction
Classification based on heat treatment process:
Graphitized graphite particles: graphite particles that have been subjected to high-temperature graphitization treatment, usually have high graphite crystallinity and conductivity.
Carburized graphite particles: graphite particles that have been carburized, usually have high hardness and wear resistance.
Graphene graphite particles: graphite particles made by oxidation and reduction treatment, with excellent conductivity and chemical stability.
Classification based on particle size:
Micron-sized graphite particles: generally have a particle size between 1-10 microns, can be used to prepare conductive pastes, etc.
Technical parameters:
Density: generally between 2.25-2.28 g/cm³.
Particle size distribution: generally includes the contents of different particle sizes.
Electrical conductivity: generally between 400-5000 S/m, can be adjusted according to application requirements.
Coefficient of thermal expansion: generally between 2.5-5 ppm/¡æ, with good thermal stability.
